Charleston's Oldest Outfitter
Coastal Expeditions has led boat tours in Charleston since 1994 and is contracted by US Fish & Wildlife Service, South Carolina State Parks, US Forest Service, REI, Road Scholar, and local environmental non-profits for guide service.
We custom-built our boats, including our 49-passenger ferry, to be stable and comfortable in the Charleston Harbor and out to Bulls Island.
Captains and mates are naturalists with passions for story-telling, wildlife and Charleston history.

Our Fleet
With a fleet of 6 custom-built boats and 5 full-time master captains, we are ready to take you on a private outing any time, year round.
Vessels are Coast Guard-certified with COI's and are inspected yearly.
