Wind through a maze cypress and tupelo trees on this paddling trip to Sparkleberry Swamp in Rimini. The mirror-like reflections of the blackwater offer a mystical experience as we paddle though this forest suspended in the floodplain. There are no maps- you just have to trust your guides.
“I know of no other place in the Lowcountry that is as mystical or up-close-and-personal with the waterborne forest as Rimini.” -Chris Crolley
Unlike the other blackwater tours that we offer, this swamp is not tidal and the trees are perpetually submerged. It is a haven for waterfowl, alligators, turtles and botanical diversity.
Come out with us as we explore the wonder that is Sparkleberry Swamp in Rimini!

We recommend this trip for ages 12 and older because of the duration.
