Welcome the Day with Coastal Expeditions with sunrise yoga and stand-up paddleboarding!

 Perfect way to start the day! As the sun rises over the creek enjoy an hour of feel-good flowy yoga that will energize the body and simultaneously relax the mind. Led by Founding Master Instructor at The Works, Meggie

Austin, on Coastal Expedition’s private waterfront deck. Afterward, cool off by paddleboarding along Shem Creek towards the Charleston Harbor.  Coastal Expeditions staff will be on hand to set up your gear, teach you the basics and help you on and off the water

Itinerary:
5:45am   Arrive at Coastal Expeditions + Set up mat
6am-7am   Yoga on the deck
7am-8am    Paddleboard Shem Creek (self-guided)

PLEASE BE ON TIME
The yoga class will begin on time, so please arrive by 5:45 to check in and set up your mat

INCLUDES
-Sunrise Yoga
-SUP Gear (paddle board, PFD, paddle, etc.), short lesson and help on/off the water

TOUR DURATION
Up to 3 Hours (includes yoga session, SUP instruction, prep and on-water time)

WHAT TO WEAR
Shoes that will stay on your feet for paddleboarding (tevas or chacos are best), a hat, and synthetic clothing (it will dry faster than cotton).

WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen.

WEATHER
Weather (thunderstorms or high winds) may impact this excursion. Cancellations usually occur due to lightning, thunder or high winds and we will make sure to reschedule your group if needed. Our general cancellation policies apply unless our experts determine it is potentially unsafe or unwise to venture out. In the event that we decide to cancel due to weather, we will make every effort to call you at least two hours before your departure and help you reschedule or credit/refund the full cost of your trip.

GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in your tour price. Our guides go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic time out on the water! Average gratuity ranges from 15%–25% of your tour cost based on your experience. It is not required, but always greatly appreciated!
