Alright, y’all! We’re running the Bulls Island Ferry this weekend and we can’t wait to be back in Cape Romain National Wildlife Refuge. We’re offering no-touch service by reservation only.  Our team has worked hard to come up with a plan that will give our employees and you the confidence that Coastal Expeditions is a safe place for families to recreate on the water.

We’ve implemented procedures for the ferry that have been approved by U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service to create a situation that is safe for you and our team.

Make a Reservation on the Bulls Island Ferry

THE BULLS ISLAND FERRY PLAN

• Please reserve your spots by using our online reservation system.  We’re limiting capacity for each run to allow proper social distancing of groups onboard.  There will be 2 departures a day.

• We are only accepting credit card payment at this time to eliminate unnecessary contact.

• Boat surfaces will be sanitized before and after each use with appropriate disinfectants by the crew.

• We require that crew and customers wear a face covering while boarding, on board and when disembarking.  If you don’t have one, we’ll have them available for purchase. Once you are on the island, there is no need to wear it, but when you return to the boat, please put it back on. It’s a minor inconvenience that will allow us to provide you safe service. Masks, handkerchiefs and buffs are all good options.

• Please practice responsible social distancing, staying at least 6-feet apart from other groups.

• We have added outdoor hand-washing stations for you to use when you arrive/leave the pier at Garris Landing.
