Below is a list of some of our more popular trips:

Capers Island
Just south of Cape Romain lies Capers Island. This pristine barrier island is about half the size of Bull Island but has just as much to offer. Tour leaves from Garris Landing. $500.00 flat rate, 30 person maximum.
Racoon Key
Located in the middle of Cape Romain, Racoon Key is a barrier island comprised almost exclusively of shells. Often referred to as "shell island", it is a favorite destination of beach combers. Whelks, oysters, lettered olives, giant turns and murexes all lie waiting for the discriminating eye out on the rugged edge of the continent. Tour leaves from McClellanville (call for directions).

Cape Romain Lighthouse
A symbol of guidance and safety, lighthouses have always inspired awe even after their lights have dimmed. The Cape Romain Lighthouse is no exception. Soaring 165 ft in the air, this treasure has been wonderfully restored by a local resident and dwarfs an earlier lighthouse, making this the only place in the country with two lighthouses side by side. Groups are taken to the top of the lighthouse to reveal the splendors of Cape Romain. Tour is offered in May and October (and they do fill up). Reservations can be made through the Seewee Visitors Center at (843)928-3368. Tour departs from McClellanville. $35.00/person
Sunset Cruise
The estuary surrounding the Cape Romain area is one of just three Class I Wildernesses on the east coast. A leisurely ride through this environment reveals the beauty of pristine marshland teaming with wildlife. As the sun sets the colors of the marsh come alive and is simply breathtaking. Catered tours are available. Tour departs from Garris Landing or McClellenville.
